I enjoyed this story until the end. The way it ended felt awkward to me. Maybe it was partly because I wanted the story to keep going and it just ends so abruptly.

“Rebecca” is classified as a Gothic Romance. That classification alone pretty much gives away everything that is going to happen in the novel.
