1. Did reading any of the Christmas Chronicles books get you into the Christmas spirit? Why/why not?
2. What did you think of the author’s claim of authenticity; he says he was invited to the North Pole to write down Santa’s story — was it believable?
3. Do you think it read more like an inspirational Christmas story, or more like a historical novel? Would you have rather had the other?
4. Did the book(s) bring up any Christmas values/traditions that you/your family celebrate?
5. Did you find the characters convincing? Are they believable? Compelling? Were they fully developed as complex, emotional human beings?
